Shipping Policy

-After you have successfully paid your order, please give us time to process and prepare your order for shipment.-

 

Pre-order Production 

  • Parts and Dolls: 4-5 Months 
  • Outfits: 1 – 4 Months 
  • Special items and Character Dolls: 5-6 Months

Courier Shipping Time

Shipping time may take1-3 weeks depending on your locations or delivery destination.

Track and Trace

We will send you the link to the tracking site as soon as we dispatch your orders.

You will be emailed with the tracking number along with the tracking links for easier tracking of orders. Some tracking numbers may take a few days to reflect upon tracking.

 

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fee invoice will be sent by site inbox and email when order is ready.

  • We may require additional shipping fee if the actual shipping cost is higher than you paid. We will notify in you as soon as your order is ready for shipping.

  • Please pay the shipping fee as soon as possible after receiving the information notified by email or inbox. We will arrange the shipment immediately after receiving the shipping fee. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us

  •  If you want to combine several orders for one-time shipping, please leave us a message via site inbox with it's order number.
  • For some countries that need to pay customs duties, we will also explain in the freight notification email that the tax paid by the express company needs to be paid together with the freight (for example, Canada)
